At Hayat’s Kitchen, a meal starts with maza: hummus, baba ghanoush, labneh, tabouli, falafel and fried kibbeh arrive together and everyone reaches in. Then come the grilled kabobs, shawarma plates and fresh fish, followed by baklava and a small cup of Lebanese coffee.
Everything is made in our North Hollywood kitchen from traditional Lebanese recipes, in generous portions. Come in for a long dinner on the patio, grab a shawarma sandwich at lunch, or order a spread for the whole family.

Lebanese dining is about abundance: plates arriving together and hands reaching across the table. On Burbank Boulevard, the patio, the outdoor bread oven and the smell of meat on the grill have made us a North Hollywood landmark. Food critics found us long ago, but the regulars were here first.
We’re open every day for dine-in, pickup and delivery, whether that’s a quick shawarma at lunch or a long dinner with family.
The same food that fills our dining room, scaled up for your office lunch, birthday, holiday or family gathering.
